These black pancakes are a real eye-catcher. The pancakes are gluten free, oil free and sugar free. They taste great! Ingredients for 2 servings:
150 g buckwheat wholemeal flour
2 tsp activated carbon powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
200 ml oat milk
Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir with a whisk until a smooth dough is formed.
Now we bake out the pancakes, about 2 minutes from each side.
I did not use oil for frying the pancakes.
Now you can garnish them.
I mixed peanut butter with oat milk and Spirulina Powder for the sauce.
