Gluten free buckwheat bread

This bread tastes super delicious and nutty 🙂 I have been looking for the perfect vegan and gluten-free bread for a long time. Now I finally found what I was looking for. The bread is very suitable for breakfast. You can use hummus, almond butter, homemade jam or avocado as topping. It is simply, a better and a healthier variety than traditional bread. I hope you like it as much as I do. Have fun trying it out 🙂 Your Lea

  5. Brush a square cake tin with about 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
  6. Pour the dough into the cake tin and cut 1-2 cm deep along the length.
  7. Now spread 15 g unpeeled sesame seeds on the bread.
