Vegan Mousse au Chocolate

I love this chocolaty dessert! Who says you can’t make mousse au chocolate vegan ? 😀 The recipe is really fast to make, and you only need 2 ingredients.

If you’re a chocolate fan, you’ll have to try the No Bake Brownies or the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies. Both recipes taste very tasty and are also quickly made.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 400 g silken tofu

Preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  2. Put the silken tofu together with the chocolate in a blender and mix until a fine cream is formed.
  3. Fill the mousse au chocolat in dessert glasses and leave to cool for about 1 hour.
  4. Now you can decorate and enjoy the dessert as you wish!
