Delicious and vegan chocolate mousse tartlets 🙂 The tartlets will not be baked and are quickly prepared. Suitable for every chocolate lover.
Mrs Flury inspired me to make this recipe. I’m a big fan of silk tofu, it’s great for desserts and cakes. In combination with fresh berries or fruits the dessert is perfect. Have fun trying it out 🙂
180 g almonds
100 g oat flakes
1 tablespoon nut butter (in my case peanut butter)
180 g soft Medjool dates
possibly some water
400 g silk tofu
100 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp nut butter
Put all the ingredients for the dough in a blender and mix until the dough is crumbly. If the dough is too crumbly, add a little more water.
Divide the finished dough into tart moulds or muffin moulds and press down firmly with your hands.
Put the tarts in the fridge. Now we make the chocolate filling, here for we melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
Put the silk tofu with the liquid chocolate and the nut butter into a blender and mix until the ingredients have combined and a nice chocolate cream has formed.
With a teaspoon we fill the finished cream into the tarts. Then put the tartlets in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Now you can garnish them with fresh fruit and remove them from the moulds.
